Jane is the principal and founder of JSR Associates, Inc. Jane champions a widespread global cultural shift toward de-institutionalized senior living through the Placemaking of community models that improve housing solutions, access to services, amenities, and care, and promotion of quality of life through supportive design of environments for aging. JSR Associates, Inc. provides a variety of programming, design, research, and post occupancy services for non-profit and for-profit developers, design firms, and senior living and care providers. She also provides training and education to providers, regulators, and peers on senior living trends, including programming and design that supports and improves the lives of residents of all ages. With over 30 years of experience in the senior living and healthcare industry, Jane has a strong background in connecting existing trends to the development of innovative projects. She consults and presents globally on evidence-based design, senior living, healthcare, research, and sustainability. As a result of her experience in the senior living space, Jane founded the non-profit, Live Together, Inc., which focuses on intergenerational, inclusive development and operational models that support older adults, families, and youth.
